Management processes

The term Management processes is used in MIT90s to denote one of the six factors (synonym of category) which have to be balanced when managing the deployment of IT in organisations.

It is a category which is often accused of being overemphasised in process benchmarking - since MIT90s points out that there should be a balance between all six factors.

Notice also that all factors project into the External environment beyond the Organisational border, with the exception of this one, Management processes.
