Secondary schools in Lithuania have benefitted from the national online OER repository. Its development and support is funded by the government. This repository offers teaching plans, teaching tools for teachers from primary school to gymnasium for all subjects.

Teachers can find methodological material and ask for advice on application of ICT in education. The initiative is well organized and supported by the Ministry of Education and Science, the Centre for Information Technologies at the Ministry, as well as by Microsoft corporation.
